I’m Sara — a content creator, paranormal investigator, storyteller, and someone with a lifelong fascination with everything that exists beyond what we can see and understand.

I’ve been creating content online for over five years, building a community of almost 400,000 followers along the way. But Sara After Dark came from something much more personal: a journey that, in many ways, started when I was a child.

I was raised in a very spiritual family, so conversations surrounding spirit, energy and the afterlife were never particularly unusual to me. From a young age, I had experiences where I believed I could see and sense spirit. At the time, it was simply something that existed as part of my world.

That changed when I reached my teenage years.

I became frightened of what I was experiencing and made the decision to completely close myself off from it. For years, that part of me remained firmly shut away.

By my mid-twenties, however, the curiosity started creeping back in.

What began as an interest quickly developed into a passion — not only to experience the paranormal, but to understand it.

And that distinction has become incredibly important to me.

For Me Its More Than Ghosts

My journey isn't simply about asking whether ghosts exist.

I’m fascinated by the bigger questions surrounding life, death, consciousness and reality itself.

What happens to consciousness when we die?
Could we have lived before?
Is reincarnation possible?
Can locations, objects or even people retain energy?
Could paranormal experiences somehow involve different points in time interacting with one another?
And could theories surrounding frequencies, dimensions, parallel realities and the multiverse offer completely different ways of looking at experiences we've traditionally labelled as "ghosts"?

I don't claim to have those answers — and that's exactly why I find this journey so fascinating.

I'm constantly learning, questioning, researching and allowing my own beliefs to evolve as I experience more.

My interests now span the afterlife, spirituality, past lives, reincarnation, consciousness, energy, frequencies, time, the multiverse and the unexplained. Sara After Dark has become the place where I can explore all of it openly.

How Sara After Dark Began?

As my own spiritual journey became a bigger part of my life, I decided to create a separate space away from my existing platform where I could document it.

That little side page became Sara After Dark.

What started as somewhere to share my fascination with the paranormal quickly grew into a community of more than 180,000 people who wanted to come along for the journey.

Today, Sara After Dark takes me across England investigating allegedly haunted locations, exploring buildings with centuries of stories behind their walls, uncovering dark and forgotten history, creating spooky content and putting paranormal claims to the test.

And whenever possible, I bring you with me.

Through videos and live investigations, thousands of people can experience these locations alongside us in real time. You see what we see, hear what we hear and witness the investigation unfold without knowing what might happen next.

For me, that's one of the most exciting parts of what I do.

I don't want Sara After Dark to simply tell you that somewhere is haunted.

I want you to come inside with me and decide for yourself.

Whats Next?

Im only getting started.

The future of Sara After Dark is about going bigger, deeper and further.

There are more paranormal investigations ahead, more dark history to uncover, more spiritual ideas to explore and many more questions I want to ask.

The journey is also beginning to move beyond England, with plans to take Sara After Dark international — exploring haunted locations, dark history, spiritual beliefs and unexplained phenomena from around the world.

I don't expect to ever reach a point where I know everything.

That's not the goal.

The goal is to keep experiencing.
Keep questioning.
Keep studying.
Keep learning.

And hopefully, somewhere along the way, understand a little more about this strange world we're living in — and perhaps even what might exist beyond it.
